The new patient appointment is from 1 hour and a half to 2 hours.

The follow-up appointment is approximately 45 to 60 minutes. The purpose of the follow-up appointment is to assess the progress of your treatment.

All acute and non-threatening situations will require an in-person visit or a face-to-face web visit for evaluation, and will not be addressed by telephone consultation.

A phone call that exceeds 15 minutes will be considered a phone consultation.
